I am a single, straight, white Christian male in his 30's looking for a reliable and honest, long-term roommate - preferably a quiet, single male professional who has no interest in getting married and wants to find a nice place long-term without buying. I currently live alone and need one roommate to share the bills and rent (I am a renter). Lease would be a minimum of one year. The house is on the west side of Norman, very nice location on a quiet street (Cul-de-sac). I've been here over 7 years and have had over 4 roommates in that time. The available room is the biggest in this 3 bedroom house. As the master bedroom it comes with a large (two sink) bathroom and double walk-in closet (made for two). There is a sliding glass door in the room giving access to the back porch/patio. Includes a 2 car garage of which one space will be yours. We share the kitchen. I'm very clean/organized and collect for and handle all the bills each month. Landlord is a peach, always fast to respond to any household needs e.g. repairs, etc. You just let me know if you have an issue and I contact her to fix it. I should mention that since I've been here so long, I've been "grandfathered" in on the price, meaning the landlord has promised to not raise the rent here. Houses in this area go for about $xxxx/mo rent, but this house is only $850/mo! Rent plus bills here comes to $550/mo on average. I don't want to lose this place, so finding someone soon is critical.
