Here's what a Sales Associate/Account Manager does on a daily basis: * Consult with small to mid-sized companies on their business needs, probe to uncover new opportunities, and present solutions to further their business goals. * Acquire new business accounts, nurture relationships, and develop customer loyalty. * Represent Fortune 500 financial services, consumer packaged goods, and telecommunications companies, and grow their market share. * Respond to calls, faxes & emails to place orders, process returns, issue credit, provide order status, or fulfill a variety of other customer service functions. * Call upon an inner drive and desire to exceed sales goals Here's what you need to get the job done: Education * High school education or GED required Experience * Minimum six months customer service, sales or business experience required. * One year of full time secondary education from an accredited school, in pursuit of a degree, may be substituted for required experience * Candidates need to meet the experience requirements for specific department, project or client.
