Product 2 Purchase
Looking to purchase that income producing property? Perhaps after you have pulled cash out of an existing property, to take advantage of market conditions.

• As Little as 15% Down
Product 3 Securities Backed Lending
• LTV usually 40 to 80 percent
• Interest for life of loan 1.5 to 4.5 percent, often payments can be matched to
dividends thus no cost to borrower.
• The loan is paid off at maturity or extensions can be sought, pledged assets and all
upside on securities returned to borrower.
• All loans are non recourse, funds can be used for any purpose.
• Loan capital borrower receives is a non-taxable event, so borrower does not owe
any tax on securities even though capital was borrowed against them.
Product 4 Treasury Debt Loan Program
• LTV usually 80 to 90 percent against A rated or higher MTN, treasuries etc
• No interest for life of loan, payments matched to coupons
• The loan is not paid off at maturity. The loan will be applied against the face
amount of the collateral with the difference wired to the borrower, i.e. with a 90%
LTV, 10% of the face amount will be wired to the borrower at loan maturity. Since
the MTN has matured, cash and not the security is returned to the borrower.
• All loans are non recourse, funds can be used for any purpose.
• Loan capital drawn is a non-taxable event
