Job Description Seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Administrative Professional who wants to specialize as a Licensed Real Estate Assistant for the Breann Llewelyn Group of Hamilwood Realty in Oklahoma City OK As we continue to grow we need that person who can be the expert at connecting and following through with clients from listings to closings RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as an expert on all properties in order to market inform callers agents and potential buyers including property details history contact information and status Track market inventories and schedule showings and appointments Build rapport and communicate with agents team members buyers and clients send marketing packets to potential leads and follow up with them to generate interest Build rapport and communicate with all potential and qualified buyersFacilitate and attend all Open Houses as directed promote prior to the event and follow up with all lead sources Assist Agent Listing Coordinator and Transaction Coordinator to ensure completion of all necessary phone calls and correspondence reports computer updates documentation and other steps required for a successful sale REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS and ABILITIES Active Oklahoma Real Estate Sales License or willing to become licensed immediately At least years of experience in real estate related industry Demonstrated ability to provide award winning customer service both internally externally able to develop strong rapport with agents buyers clients and other stakeholders Tech savvy and able to quickly master various computer programs such as Wise Agent Dropbox Constant Contact Highly focused attention to detail Proactive problem solver able to see potential problems and address them before they cause issues for the team Ability to work at a fast pace switching priorities as required to deliver exceptional results COMPENSATION REIMBURSEMENTS Base plus incentivesSome reimbursement of board and licensing fees Company Description Bullseye Hiring is a boutique national search firm specializing in experienced real estate administrative professionals
