Property Preservation/ Property Manager (Forest Park) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma For Sale

I am looking for INSURED Contractors/Cleaning Services/Landscapers in the Nichols Hills area to perform work on vacant, residential properties.
The scope of work includes:
-Debris removal
-Winterization (including pressure test)
-Grass cuts and basic landscaping
-Basic interior and exterior repairs
-Cleaning
-Documenting work completion with before, during, and after digital photographs. All photographs must be time and date stamped.
Must be able to upload digital photographs into our database to document work completion. Candidates must have regular access to the internet and can be contacted by cell phone. All candidates must be able to upload digital photographs into our database to document work completion.
1,000,000 General Liability Insurance required per each occurrence
Work includes but is not limited to initial secures, basic home repair (drywall, flooring, painting), lawn maintenance, debris removal (trash outs), and sales cleans.
? Must have lawn mower/lawn tools
? Must have a digital camera to take before during and after photos
? Must have a computer with working internet and knowledge of computer use.
? Time management is a must and must understand deadlines.
? Must be honest, motivated, and dependable with a good attitude and strong work ethic.
? Must have a reliable vehicle that can carry all equipment necessary.
? Must have a valid driver's license and General Liability Insurance.
? Must be able to follow directions.
? Must have a cell phone
