Job Description
Growing real estate and property management firm is seeking an experienced and talented Property Manager for their team to manage a 160+ unit apartment complex
Candidates MUST have at least 3 years experience running property. Candidates MUST be polished, have true leadership ability, have a great presentation about themselves, and have strong computer, communication and organization skills. Additional experience with non-government regulated or subsidized cooperatives and condominiums a plus. There is ample room for growth! Proficiency with property management software such as Buildium and leasing experience a plus.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3+ years property management experience with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment
Or Any similar combination of education and experience
Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data
Strong computer skills
