LEASING CONSULTANT Maintainoccupancy standards at the highest level achievable and provide the maximumlevel of service to the residents Maintain minimum 35% closing ratio Maximize occupancy through sales techniques and customer service Assist in community advertising preparation and maintain required onlinepostings Enter each prospect/future resident into RealPage OneSite system and follow-upin a timely manner Assist in typing and/or maintaining weekly and monthly reports Prepare, certify and maintain complete resident files in RealPage OneSitesystem Showing units and screen applicants in RealPage OneSite Quote prospective guest with apartment homes that best fit their needs, eg Get quote from RealPage One Site Prepare all lease agreements with all necessary addendums in RealPage OneSite Certifying residents' income Assist in collection of rents and preparation of receipts Generate renewal offers in RealPage OneSite to deliver to the residents 75 daysprior to lease expiration Enter Notice to Vacate in RealPage OneSite as soon asthey are received (verify all lease holders signatures) Assist in maintaining the physical appearance of the community Enter all service requests into RealPage OneSite system Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, andrepresentatives of other companies Assist in unit inspection process Answer the phone and greet residents and visitors pleasantly and professionally Any other duties as assigned by the Property Manager, Regional Manager andCorporate office Skill Requirements § Strong sales backgroundand out-going personality § Knowledge of personnelmanagement and supervision § Strong organizationalskills § Proficient knowledge ofbasic office practices, procedures and equipment eg telephone, fax, copier and computer § Ability to managemultiple priorities and multiple demands to accomplish tasks in accordance with established requirements § Ability to analyzesituations, identify problems and come up with solutions as they relate to Property Management § Ability to work wellwith and troubleshoot resident/client issues § Capable of performingduties of the Property Manager or Property Manager Assistant in their absence § Effective use of timemanagement with the ability to work independently § Professional verbal orwritten communication with Property Manager, Corporate Office, employees, vendors, and company contacts, residents and their guest Qualifications § Minimum one yearexperience as a leasing consultant § Minimum high schooleducation or equivalent § Knowledge of RealPageOneSite Property Management Software eg Leasing and Rents
