No Qualifications Bachelor's degree (in a Logistics or Operations discipline desired) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred experience: National Property Management Association Certification Experience with Contract requirements associated with Property Management. Experience in utilizing the GOLD System a plus.
