Description: The accounts Payable Call Center Agent responds to Accounts Payable Call Center inquiries regarding invoices and ensure resolution of outstanding issues. Effectively communicate the status of invoices and payments, as well as invoice requirements and policies and procedures. Responsibilities may include: * Ensure invoice inquiries from external vendors and Business Units are accepted and resolved timely and effectively * Understand and communicate Phillips 66 invoicing requirements & policies and procedures to external and internal parties * Work closely and effectively with the Payables organization to ensure full and timely resolution of issues * Ensure the appropriate documentation is in place regarding these issues and their resolution * Work during core hours for the Account Payable Call Center Line (7:30am - 4:30pm) and ensuring appropriate coverage on the line during absences Basic / Required: * Legally authorized to work in the United States * High School Diploma/GED Preferred: * Associates Degree * 1 years call center experience * 1 years customer service experience * 1 years experience using Excel, SAP and Business Warehouse * Communication -- Strong written and verbal skills * Ability to share knowledge, expertise and opinions in a professional manner * Ability to maintain poise during difficult conversations with external or internal parties * Technical Expertise -- Strong problem-solving skills with an 'attention to detail' orientation. * Able to become thoroughly familiar with, and apply, established work or administrative procedures. * Strong systems aptitude and an ability to become proficient with software utilized by work group for most work tasks * Ability to handle heavy or varied work load * Persistent and thorough in completion of assignments * Works effectively with minimal supervision * Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement In order to be considered for this position you must complete the entire application process, which includes answering all prescreening questions and providing your eSignature on or before the requisition closing date ofSeptember 27, xxxx.
