A $50 cash deposit is required for holding the storage unit. Deposit is returned when manager has verified storage unit is empty. Please bring padlocks to secure the units you purchase. Nothing removed until settled for. Not responsible for accidents, illness, injury or lost articles. All announcements made day of sale supersede any previous advertisements.
