Both the cash register and the "sold" tables
shall be in the garage, as well. (One entrance, one exit.)
Checks shall be accepted only with proper identification.
We cooperate fully with
the Oklahoma County District Attorney
in the prosecution of those who write bad checks.
($35.00 returned check fee. No exceptions.)
All items must be removed from the premises
no later than Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
Unattended children shall be marched to Mordor
and sold to the Orcs.
Each dealer must submit a photocopy of his or her
current and valid tax exemption permit,
else sales tax of 8.375% shall be charged.
(No exceptions.)
Sealed bids shall be collected at the front desk throughout Saturday,
but only on those items priced at $100.00 and above.
Bids shall be called after the close of the sale on Saturday afternoon.
(Please remember: a bid is a legally binding contract,
and shall be treated as such.)
We'll have "sold" tables on site for your convenience; however,
we ask that you be courteous to the estate, to us,
and to your fellow customers
and not place items on these tables,
nor have them tagged as "sold,"
nor have them placed on your ticket
until you have fully committed to purchasing them.
Parking violations may result in
the ticketing and/or towing of your vehicle.
Staff is not allowed to wrap, haul or deliver.
(Please don't ask us to make an exception for you.)
