Please park legally on the south side of Elmhurst,
else on the south side of Guilford.
Absolutely no parking allowed along Wilshire, nor along Penn.
Circle drive parking reserved exclusively for sale staff,
the extremely elderly and infirm, and customers picking up furniture.
As a courtesy to our valued customers,
we've also included information on our "Upcoming Sales" page
about two other Nichols Hills estate sales, a Choctaw estate sale,
and a Sunday-only estate sale in Regency Pointe.
Police officer on site at all times during sale.
Separate cash register in garage.
(Yes, sales tax shall be charged there, too.)
Checks shall be accepted only with proper identification.
We cooperate fully with
the Oklahoma County District Attorney
in the prosecution of those who write bad checks.
($35.00 returned check fee. No exceptions.)
All items must be removed from the premises
no later than Saturday at 4:00 p.m.
Unattended children shall be sent to the North Pole
and made to work as elves.
Each dealer must submit a photocopy of his or her
current and valid tax exemption permit,
else Nichols Hills sales tax of 8.5% shall be charged.
(Absolutely no exceptions.)
Sealed bids shall be collected at the front desk throughout Friday,
but only on those items priced at $100.00 and above.
Bids shall be called after the close of the sale on Friday afternoon.
(Please remember: a bid is a legally binding contract,
and shall be treated as such.)
We'll have "sold" tables on site for your convenience; however,
we ask that you be courteous to the estate, to us,
and to your fellow customers
and not place items on these tables,
nor have them tagged as "sold,"
nor have them placed on your ticket
until you have fully committed to purchasing them.
Parking violations may result in
the ticketing and/or towing of your vehicle.
(The Nichols Hills Police Department
will be on high alert for parking violations, so be advised.)
We do not wrap, haul or deliver.
(Please don't ask us to make an exception for you.)
