(Main gate to open and sign-up sheet to be put out at 7:00 a.m. sharp.)
Sunday, 26 August, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
No sign-up sheet on Sunday.

along with an easy to follow online map.

Georgia Carson's estate sale in Edmond.
Fantastic eastern Oklahoma City/Choctaw area estate sale this weekend!
You can expect to see three different homes on one large acreage,
plus a great many items outdoors.
This one's definitely worth the drive!
Two Oklahoma City police officers on site at all times.
Large portions of this gorgeous eastern Oklahoma County acreage
shall be cordoned off for your safety.
Customers who cross said boundaries
shall be escorted off the premises.
No exceptions.
No large handbags, please --
small handbags or pocketbooks only, please, ladies.
Please do not park in or block the neighbors' driveways,
nor anywhere except in those areas
that shall be clearly designated on
the "Upcoming Sales" page of OkcEstateSales.com
from the morning of Thursday, 23 August onward.
Checks accepted only with proper identification.
We cooperate fully with
the Oklahoma County District Attorney
in the prosecution of those who write bad checks.
($35.00 returned check fee.)
All items must be removed from the premises
no later than Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
NO EXCEPTIONS --
WE'RE UP AGAINST A VERY TIGHT CLOSING DATE HERE!
Unattended children shall be sent to the North Pole
and forced to work as Christmas elves.
Each dealer must submit a photocopy of his or her
current and valid tax exemption permit,
else Oklahoma City sales tax of 8.375% shall be charged.
Sealed bids shall be collected at the front desk throughout Saturday,
but only on those items priced at $100.00 and above.
Bids shall be called after the close of the sale on Saturday afternoon.
(Please remember: a bid is a legally binding contract,
and shall be treated as such.)
We'll have a "sold" table on site for your convenience; however,
we ask that you be courteous to the estate,
to us, and to your fellow customers
and not place items on this table,
have them tagged as "sold," nor placed on your ticket
until you have fully committed to purchasing them.
Staff does not wrap, haul, or deliver.
(Please don't ask us to make an exception.)
